For your convenience we can arrange a place for you to live. Choose from homestay, student residences, private house share and hotel accommodation. We can also arrange a transfer from the airport when you arrive.
Homestay
Our most popular type of accommodation. You will stay in carefully selected homes in the surrounding area, giving you the opportunity to socialise, eat meals with your hosts and experience British home life.
Choose single or shared rooms. Meal options include self catered with access to a kitchen, bed & breakfast or half board (breakfast and evening meal).
Most of our homestays are less than 20 minutes away from the school by public transport.

Student residences
Stay in a student residence with other students. This is popular with students who want more independence and the chance to make friends with other students.
Students can choose to stay in single or shared rooms. Meal options include self catered with access to a kitchen, bed & breakfast or half board (breakfast and evening meal).
The closest residences are from 10-30 minutes away by public transport.

House Shares
Share a private house with other students. Single and twin rooms are available. You will have access to a kitchen to prepare your own food.

Need a hotel? Language upon Thames offers a reservation service where we will provide information and make the reservation for you. Just let us know your preferences and we will help you find a suitable hotel.

Airport Transfers
To make your arrival easier we can arrange collection from your arrival airport and take you directly to your accommodation. This service is also available on departure.
Heathrow and Gatwick are the closest London airports to Language upon Thames and our accommodation and they usually have more convenient flight times, but we can collect you from any London airport.
